About Sundown

At Sundown we specialise in lampshades that combine artisanal textiles and lampshades to curate lighting for the modern Australian home.

Our lampshades are meant to bring a global touch to your chosen space with handcrafted and collated fabrics from around the world. We showcase the art of hand block printing and sustainable textiles throughout our collections. Working with artisan groups in India and Indonesia we source ancient block printed fabric and woven batiks that fit with our brand design. At our Kiama studio is where the magic begins, taking the fabrics and remaking them into unique and contemporary lampshades perfectly suited for the modern home.

Lampshade workshops are held in our Kiama studio, where creativity is encouraged to be unleashed.

At sundown lampshades we are always exploring the world for colour, pattern and texture and promoting constant creativity for the soul.
